Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

To track your order, simply follow these steps:

2. Enter Your Details: You can track your order by entering your order number and the email address associated with your purchase, or your tracking number.

3. Stay Updated: Once you've entered the required information, you'll be able to view the latest updates on your package's journey.

Note: Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 72 business hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Understanding International Shipping

For orders being shipped internationally, there may be instances where tracking updates are less frequent. This is a common occurrence and should not be a cause for concern. Here's why:

• Customs and Transit Delays: As packages cross borders, they may experience delays due to customs processing or transit times. Rest assured, your package is still en route.

• Regarding US orders: Most packages will be dispatched from our US warehouse, but this is subject to stock. Some items may be shipped internationally when stock is not available in a US location, which may mean the tracking will not get updates while it is traveling internationally, but will get updated when it reaches the US.
