How to Initiate a Return:

Do Not Return the Product to the Place of Purchase, since returns are handled exclusively by the Reparked customer support team to ensure swift processing and assistance.

If you are located in the US

Visit the returns request page and fill out your information, including the pictures of the items you want to return, and you will get the pre-paid shipping label for you to ship your items back.

If you are located outside the US 

Complete this return request form instead, including the pictures of the items you want to return, and you will receive instructions with the return address and instructions from our team.

Return Conditions:

  • Condition of Item: To qualify for a return, the product must be in excellent condition, complete with its original packaging and all included components.
  • Photographic Evidence Required: We will need detailed photos to confirm the item’s condition.
  • Return Denial: Resparked reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions. Our decision on item eligibility is final.

Returns Due to Personal Reasons:

  • Timeframe: Returns based on personal dissatisfaction or change of mind must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the item.
  • Return Conditions: The same item condition requirements apply, and Resparked may refuse the return if conditions are not met.

Refunds due to delivery times are only granted if they exceed our shipping guarantee and are beyond our control. For detailed information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • United States: A return shipping fee (based on USPS rates) will be deducted from your refund. This fee is separate from administrative costs and is calculated according to your location and shipping method.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Timeframe: Once your return request is received, our team will process it within 24-48 hours. The timeline for receiving the returned product may vary based on location.
