At Resparked, we strive to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free. This policy applies to all customers worldwide.
Please review the relevant section below for specific instructions, whether you are initiating a US domestic or an international return.
US Returns (via Loop Returns):
We’ve streamlined our US returns process for speed and convenience via Loop Returns.
To initiate a US return, please visit our automated portal https://returns.resparked.com/ :
- Enter your Order Number and the email used during purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
- Acknowledge that a 6% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Download and print your pre-paid USPS return label.
Please Note: Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all return requirements.
International Returns:
Currently, Loop Returns is not available for international orders due to customs and shipping restrictions. Customers initiating a return from outside the US must email [email protected] to receive a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Return Requirements
- Time Limit: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery; any returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Reporting Delivery Issues: Any issues concerning the delivery or condition upon arrival (e.g., damage, not received, or missing items) must be reported to our support team within 15 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will be declined.
- Condition: Your item must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original, undamaged packaging, tags, and parts.
- Leather Products: For leather products specifically, returns are accepted only if the leather kit remains in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. Once a project has been started—including cutting, stitching, gluing, marking, tooling, dyeing, or altering the material in any way—the item is no longer eligible for return.
- Documentation: Clear photos or video documenting the item's condition must be submitted with the return request for all returns.
- Authorization: All returns must be initiated and approved through our official process. Items sent back without prior approval or without following the official return steps will be considered unauthorized.
- Special Offers & Bundles: Orders placed under promotions or bundle deals (including but not limited to "Buy One, Get One, Buy Two Get One Free, or similar offers) must be returned in full. Partial returns or refund requests for individual items within a bundle will not be allowed.
⚠️ In these cases, refunds will be declined, and the item will not be accepted for inspection or processing.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these return terms and conditions.
Financial & Shipping Details
- For all standard U.S. domestic returns, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with inspection, cleaning, sanitation, administrative processing, and repackaging the item for resale.
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and customs fees associated with the return shipment. The 5% restocking fee is waived for international orders.
- Shipping costs (original shipping paid) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for shipping delays unless they fall outside our shipping guarantee.
Non-returnable Items
For digital products like eBooks, all sales are final. We’ve made sure each product page includes clear and detailed descriptions, so take your time reviewing them before making a purchase. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we'll email you a confirmation. Our warehouse team will then inspect the product. If all return conditions are met, we will start processing your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Just a heads-up: this process can take a little time due to banking timelines that are beyond our control.
The final refund amount will only be confirmed and issued after the product has been received and approved by our inspection team. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and this cannot be changed.
You can expect to see the refund in your bank account within 3–5 days. If it hasn’t shown up by then, here’s what you can do:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take a bit of time for the refund to officially post.

Unauthorized Resellers
At Resparked, we're passionate about delivering top-quality products and outstanding service. To protect the authenticity of our brand, we have strict policies regarding unauthorized resellers.
We can only guarantee the quality of Resparked products purchased directly from our official channels—our website and our authorized Amazon store.
Right now, our Amazon store is only available in the USA and Canada, listed under "Resparked." Buying from unauthorized sellers could mean receiving counterfeit or low-quality items and missing out on customer support and warranty coverage.

Refund Policy
